Subscriptions and recurring payments policy of the PlatiOnline system
To ensure that the benefits of your subscription are not interrupted, we want to inform you about our policy on recurring payments.
Recurring Payments: When you sign up for a subscription, payment will be automatically made monthly. The amount will be automatically debited from the card registered in your account.
Payment Retry: If the first payment attempt is declined, we will automatically retry processing the payment as follows:
First retry: after 3 calendar days
Second retry: after 7 calendar days
Third retry: after 14 calendar days
After the third failed attempt, the recurring payment will be automatically cancelled, and your subscription will also be cancelled. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds available on your card to avoid any interruptions in the services provided.
